I emailed info@laforgeoptical.com weeks ago about refunding my purchase. What is going on? All I get is "its in process." How long is this process going to take? I want my money back! I did not do the lock in order thing and the site says if you're product has not shipped out yet you can can get a full refund back. What is going on laforge???? This is extremely suspicious on your part.

We will get to it this week. I apologize we have been overwhlemed with shipments, investor meetings, and planning. This fell to the back burner. I accept responsiblity for this.
