I can't find my order anymore

Hey guys,

I ordered over 2 yrs ago and I haven't gotten an email about anything or updates about my glasses. I can't even find my order number to ask about it.

 

Where did they move it to?

Hey Channa,

It was more than likely used with an older email address. Please contact info@laforgeoptical.com to have your login credentials reset.

Hi Corey I emailed info@laforgeoptical.com about 7 days ago and have not received a response besides the automated email. How long is the turn around for a response?
